摘 要:为优化建立元宝枫种子生活力TTC快速检测技术,采用不同染色温度与TTC浓度梯度两因素正交试验设计以及主效应分析、极差分析方法,优选了元宝枫种子生活力检测条件,并进行了重复验证。TTC浓度0.5%~1%,染色温度35℃~40℃,适用于元宝枫种子生活力检测。其中,以TTC浓度为1%、37.5℃染色处理条件下开展元宝枫种子生活力检测最为理想。In order to optimize the establishment of TTC rapid detection technology for seed viability of Acer truncatum,the orthogonal design of two factors with different dyeing temperature and TTC concentration gradient,main effect analysis and range analysis were used to optimize the treatment methods for seed viability detection of A.truncatum,and repeated verification was carried out with the seeds from A.truncatum plants.The concentration of TTC was 0.5%~1%and the dyeing temperature was 35℃~40℃,which was suitable for testing the seed viability of A.truncatum.Among them,TTC concentration of 1%,37.5℃dyeing conditions is optimal detection conditions.
