摘 要:青年教师本身是承担民族复兴大任的生力军,又肩负有培养新一年青年成为担当民族复兴大任时代新人的重要使命,是新时代地方高校高质量发展的中坚力量。地方高校高质量发展需要更多有坚定理想信念、有高尚道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心的青年教师。然而,地方高校青年教师面临着编制选择、生存压力与职业发展、教学与科研精力分配等多重困境,进而导致地方高校引人难、留人难。切实实现地方高校高质量发展,需要从学校定位、评价体系等方面积极行动,切实提升地方高校青年教师成长力。Young teachers are not only the fresh force that undertakes the great responsibility of national rejuvenation but also shoulder the important mission of cultivating the new generation to be responsible for the great rejuvenation of the nation.They are the backbone of the high-quality development of local universities in the new era.The high-quality development of local universities requires more young teachers with firm ideals and convictions,noble moral sentiments,solid knowledge,and a loving heart.However,young teachers in local universities face multiple dilemmas such as staffing choices,survival pressure and career development,and the allocation of energy between teaching and research,which further leads to difficulties in attracting and retaining talents in local universities.To effectively achieve high-quality development in local universities,active actions need to be taken from aspects such as school positioning,evaluation systems,in order to effectively enhance the growth ability of young teachers in local universities.
