摘  要:为实现对产品生产全过程管理以及产品质量追溯管理,以U盘生产线为研究对象,基于RFID技术设计智能输送线系统。该系统分为6个工位模块,每个模块中集成了RFID读写器、限位开关、变频器等硬件。RFID读写器对安装在治具上的RFID标签读取和写入信息数据,PLC再对这些数据进行分析处理。利用MODBUS-TCP协议,解决RFID读写器和PLC的通信问题,在PLC中采用SCL语言进行编程,对RFID读写器的数据进行处理。通过该数据统计产品的生产数量并区分良品和不良品。结果表明:该系统可以统计U盘的生产总数量和监控U盘的生产质量,可以实时监控每个工位的产品完成数量和每个工位的生产进度;数据存储后,系统对产品质量的追溯提供了支撑。In order to realize the management of the whole process of product production and the traceability management of product quality,the intelligent conveyor line system is designed based on RFID technology with the U-disk production line as the research object.The system is divided into six station modules,each module integrates the RFID reader,limit switch,frequency converter and other hardware.The information data of the RFID tag installed on the fixture are read and wrote through RFID reader,and these data are analyzed and processed by using the PLC.MODBUS-TCP protocol is used to solve the communication problem between RFID reader and PLC.SCL language is used in PLC to program and process the data of RFID reader and writer.The data is used to count the production quantity of products and distinguish between good and bad products.The results show that the system can be used to count the total production quantity of USB flash disk and monitor the production quality of USB flash disk,and can be used to monitor the finished product quantity and production progress of each workstation in real time;after data storage,the system provides support for product quality traceability.
