摘  要:随着计算机辅助开发技术的发展和日渐成熟,选用有限元技术在产品设计开发前期,可以对机械产品进行多种实际工况的模拟。ANSYS Workbench作为一款专用的仿真应用软件,越来越多地应用于实际工程设计中,极大地提高了产品开发效率,缩短了开发周期。对于回转件等对称构件,仿真过程中可以通过采用剖分的方法来简化仿真模型,降低网格划分数量,从而缩短仿真计算的时间。针对常见的汽车用球头螺栓进行仿真分析,通过实验室现场试验来验证整体仿真参数设置和约束加载的合理性,进一步地采用剖分面无约束、剖分面固定约束和剖分面无摩擦约束3种方案来对比分析整体仿真的结果,最终确定剖分面无摩擦约束能够很好地映射整体仿真的结果。运用ANSYS Workbench软件对球头螺栓进行模拟仿真分析计算可以缩短试验设计流程,实现零件优化设计的快速反馈,减少物理样机的试验和设计成本,同时为类似产品设计开发提供借鉴和参考意义。With the development and maturity of computer aided development technology,finite element technology can be used to simulate various actual working conditions of mechanical products in the early stage of product design and development.As a dedicated simulation application,Ansys Workbench is increasingly used in practical engineering design,greatly improving the efficiency of product development and shortening the development cycle.For symmetrical components such as rotating parts,the simulation process can simplify the simulation model and reduce the number of mesh divisions by using a splitting method,thus shortening the simulation calculation time.The design is based on the simulation of a common ball stud,and the overall simulation parameters and constraints are tested in the laboratory to verify the reasonableness of the loading.The final result is that the frictionless support on the profile can satisfy the overall simulation results well.The use of Ansys Workbench software to simulate,analyze and calculate the ball stud can shorten the test design process,realize the rapid feedback of part optimization design,reduce the test and design cost of physical prototype,which can provide reference for similar product design and development.
