摘  要:在对四型腔冷冲凹模结构及工况分析的基础上,进行工艺编排,确定偏心布置的半椭球孔型腔使用数控车床加工的方案,对半椭球孔数控车床加工设计“一面两销”定位的专用夹具,按照加工要求进行夹具结构设计,计算验证定位误差在许可范围内,受力分析验算受力部件合格。这种专用夹具配合分度盘不需重复装夹定位,能保证加工精度且工作效率较高。针对加工内表面的较高表面粗糙度的要求,选择立方氮化硼刀具进行干式切削,并编制了半椭球孔粗、精加工的通用宏程序,方便后续系列产品的生产。On the basis of the four-cavitycold-punching die structure and working condition analysis,the process is arranged,and the plan for using a CNC lathe to process the semi elliptical hole cavity with eccentric arrangement is determined,the special fixture for semi-ellipsoidal hole CNC lathe processing“one side and two pins”positioning is designed,the fixture structure is designed according to the processing requirements,calculate and verify that the positioning error is within the allowable range,and conduct force analysis to verify that the loadbearing components are qualified.This special fixture with the dividing plate does not require repeated clamping and positioning,ensuring machining accuracy and high work efficiency.To meet the requirement of higher surface roughness,cubic boron nitride tool is selected for dry cutting,and a general macro program for rough and finish machining of semi-ellipsoid holes is compiled,which is convenient for the production of subsequent series of products.
