摘　　要：自行研发了一款电梯限速器在线校验仪,改变了现有限速器校验需要拆卸钢丝绳的传统校验方法。对传统限速器校验方法进行了分析,简单介绍了电梯限速器在线校验仪的研制背景、设计原理和研制过程,同时与传统限速器校验方法进行了测试比对,通过大量的同步限速器校验测试数据分析比对,验证了该仪器的可靠性和简便性。该限速器在线校验仪器可以实现限速器的在线校验,在不需要拆卸钢丝绳的前提下,单人操作即可完成限速器校验工作,降低了限速器校验的难度,同时数据准确、真实,能够改善现有限速器校验仪费时费力的现状,为限速器校验提供了一种新的方法。An online calibrator of elevator governor is developed,which changes the traditional calibration method of removing wire rope for governor calibration.An analysis is conducted on the traditional speed limiter calibration method,and a brief introduction is given to the development background,design principles,and development process of the online calibration instrument for elevator speed limiters.At the same time,it is tested and compared with the traditional speed limiter calibration method.Through a large amount of synchronous speed limiter calibration test data analysis and comparison,the reliability and simplicity of the instrument are verified.The on-line calibration instrument of the governor can realize the on-line calibration of the governor.On the premise of not disassembling the wire rope,the calibration work of the governor can be completed by a single operator,which reduces the difficulty of the calibration of the governor.At the same time,the data is accurate and true,and it makes up for the current situation of the time-consuming and arduous calibration of the governor,and provides a new method for the calibration of the governor.
