摘 要:针对风机轮毂有限元建模中绑定连接与螺栓连接两种建模方式,分别研究了其对风力发电机轮毂疲劳计算的影响,通过对比同一轮毂模型在绑定连接与螺栓连接两种建模方式下的疲劳损伤值,分析了不同建模方式对疲劳损伤计算的影响。结果表明,不同的热点位置,两种建模方式对疲劳损伤计算的影响大小不同,对于腹板位置,建模方式对疲劳损伤计算的影响较小,对轮毂内部两腹板过渡圆弧处,建模方式对疲劳损伤计算的影响较大;对于轮毂腹板位置,两种建模方式的疲劳损伤值最小差值是1.16倍,最大差值是1.51倍,对轮毂内部两腹板过渡圆弧处位置,两种建模方式计算得到的疲劳损伤值最小相差2.63倍,疲劳损伤值最大相差3.30倍。研究结果表明,对风机轮毂进行疲劳计算时,应考虑螺栓的影响。Aiming at the two modeling methods of bond connection and bolt connection in the finite metamodeling of wind turbine hub,the impact of bond connection and bolt connection on the fatigue calculation of wind turbine hub are studied.By comparing the fatigue damage values of the same hub model under the two modeling methods of binding connection and bolt connection,the impact of the two modeling methods on fatigue damage are analyzed.The results indicate that the impact of the two modeling methods on fatigue damage calculation varies depending on the hot spot location.For the web plate position,the modeling method has a smaller impact on fatigue damage calculation,while for the transition arc between the two web plates inside the hub,the modeling method has a greater impact on fatigue damage calculation.For the position of the hub web,the minimum difference in fatigue damage values between the two modeling methods is 1.16 times,and the maximum difference is 1.51 times.For the position of the transition arc between the two web plates inside the hub,the minimum difference in fatigue damage values calculated by the two modeling methods is 2.63 times,and the maximum difference in fatigue damage values is 3.30 times.The research results show that the influence of bolts should be considered when conducting fatigue calculations on the hub.
