扫码拆零模式在医院口服药品调剂管理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:规范口服药品拆零流程,保障临床用药安全。方法:对口服药品拆零模式进行优化,使用扫码拆零模式取代传统人工拆零中的核对、记录等环节。以分包差错率、工作效率、药师和临床科室满意度为指标,对扫码拆零模式进行评估。结果:使用扫码拆零模式后,口服药品分包差错率降低91.5%,工作效率提高33.3%,药师满意度达100%,临床科室满意度提升至91.8%。结论:扫码拆零模式可以显著降低口服药品分包差错率,提升药师工作效率和临床满意度,保障临床用药安全,为规范和推进口服药品智能化调剂提供参考。Objective:To standardize the process of dismounting oral drugs and ensure the safety of clinical medication.Methods:The oral drug dismounting mode was optimized,and the scanning and dismounting mode was used to replace the traditional manual check and record processes.The drug scanning and dismounting mode was evaluatd based on the dismounting error rate,work efficiency and satisfaction of pharmacists and clinical departments.Results:After using the drug scanning and dismounting mode,the dismounting error rate was reduced by 91.5%,the work efficiency was increased by 33.3%,the satisfaction of pharmacists reached 100%,and satisfaction of the clinical departments was increased to 91.8%.Conclusion:The drug scanning and dismounting mode can significantly reduce the error rate of oral drug dismounting,improve the pharmacists work efficiency and clinical satisfaction,ensure the safety of clinical medication,and provide a reference for standardizing and promoting the intelligent dispensing of oral drugs.
