摘  要:针对客车轮罩结构、材质、涂漆工艺、电泳不良、阻尼胶喷涂及施工不当问题进行防腐方面工艺探究,并分别制定改善措施。通过采用整体冲压件或铝制活动式结构轮罩;根据需要选用镀锌板、铝板、玻璃钢、橡胶塑料等材质材料;由原来总装车间焊接电泳挡泥板,优化为制焊车间焊接挡泥板进行电泳;改善电泳气室及电泳漆膜厚度不达标问题;轮罩部位阻尼胶由原来总装施工,优化调整为涂装喷涂,选用防腐性能更佳的阻尼胶材料,并配备专用车辆升降装置;规范改善密封不严及电泳孔处理不当问题。这些措施使轮罩部位耐腐蚀能力水平得到有效提升,提高了公司产品在市场上的竞争力,并为其他部件防腐质量改善提供一定的参考思路。This article focuses on the anticorrosion technology research of passenger car wheel cover structure,material,painting process,poor electrophoresis,damping adhesive spraying,and improper construction issues,and develops improvement measures separately:using integral stamped parts or aluminum movable structure wheel housings;selecting materials such as galvanized sheet,aluminum sheet,fiberglass,rubber plastic,etc.as needed;optimizing from the original assembly workshop welding electrophoretic mudguards to the welding workshop welding mudguards for electrophoretic testing;improving the issue of unsatisfactory electrophoretic chamber and electrophoretic film thickness;optimizing from the original final assembly construction using damping glue to spraying process,and selecting better anticorrosive and damping material equipped with special lifting device.These measures have effectively improved the corrosion resistance level of the wheel housing area,enhanced the competitiveness of the company's products in the market,and provided referential guide for improvement of other anticorrosion quality.
