摘  要:动车组车辆车体外表面经常受到外部环境的污染,清洗车辆会造成维护成本的增加。本研究开发的动车组用低表面能水性丙烯酸聚氨酯自洁涂料选用水性羟基丙烯酸分散体和HDI异氰酸酯固化剂为主体成膜物质,添加含有反应型官能团改性的聚硅氧烷作为功能助剂,制备的涂层具有极低的表面能,显示出超强的疏水特性。本研究阐述了动车组用低表面能水性丙烯酸聚氨酯自洁涂料的制备方法,对水性分散体乳液、固化剂、润湿分散剂、流平剂及聚硅氧烷功能助剂进行了体系研究,探讨了有机硅聚合物对涂膜疏水性能的影响。The external surface of EMU vehicles is often polluted by the external environment,and the cleaning process of vehicles leads to an increase in maintenance costs.Waterborne hydroxy acrylic acid dispersion and HDI isocyanate curing agent are selected as the main film-forming materials to develop the low surface energy waterborne acrylic polyurethane self-cleaning coatings for EMU,wherein the polysiloxane modified with reactive functional groups is used as functional additive so as to enable the cured film to exhibit low surface energy and superhydrophobic properties.In this study,the preparation method of low surface energy waterborne acrylic polyurethane selfcleaning coatings for EMU is described,and the waterborne dispersion emulsion,curing agent,wetting dispersant,leveling agent and polysiloxane functional additive are studied systematically.In addition,the effect of silicone polymer on the hydrophobicity of the film is discussed.
