摘 要:研究了由4种不同品牌的溶剂型涂料和水性涂料混搭配套的涂料体系对涂层配套性能所产生的影响,由此确定了最佳的涂层配套体系。首先,对由4种不同品牌的溶剂型涂料和水性涂料混搭配套的涂料体系进行了附着力和耐磨性这两种涂层基础性能的测试分析,在此基础上,进一步对4种涂料体系进行划痕盐雾、紫外老化以及湿热加速试验,记录并分析服役过程中4种不同的涂料体系的宏观形貌以及各项性能指标的变化。最终确定了“大桥+亮克威泽”的涂料配套体系为最佳的配套体系。The influence of four different brands of solvent-based coatings and waterborne coatings on the synergic coating performance is studied,and the best synergic coating system is determined.Firstly,the adhesion and wear resistance of the coating systems of four different brands of solventbased coatings and waterborne coatings are tested and analyzed.Then the scratch salt spray,UV aging and humidification heat acceleration tests are further carried out for the four coating systems,and the changes of the macro morphology and various performance indicators of the four different coating systems during service are recorded and analyzed.The synergy of coating branded with Bridge and Liangkeweize is finally determined as the best supporting system.
