摘 要:针对某天线涂漆表面出现分界线处瑕疵,衬套孔位残漆、残胶、底盘导电氧化层划伤等问题,通过分析表面缺陷产生的原因,介绍了几种涂漆遮蔽方法,提出了详细的解决方案,并将其应用到天线涂漆的实际生产中,做到完全满足产品的外观质量要求,且具有操作简单、生产效率高以及经济环保的优点,可以为其他产品涂漆表面防护提供一定的参考。With regard to several problems such as the defects at the boundary line,residual paint and adhesive at the bushing hole position and scratches on the conductive oxide layer of the chassis on the painted surface of the antenna,we analyze the causes of surface defects in this paper.Several paint masking methods are introduced.Detailed solutions are proposed and applied to the actual production of antenna painting.Detailed solutions can fully meet the appearance quality requirements of the product,and shows the advantages of simple operation,high production efficiency and economic and environmental protection.These solutions can provide certain reference value for the surface protection of other painted products.
