摘 要:根据现场腐蚀结果,设定在三相分离器实验室腐蚀模拟环境下,对比研究自制柔性陶瓷重防腐涂料与国外产品的防腐蚀效果,并借助于数值模拟计算研究涂层与阴极保护联合防护效果,包括探究辅助阳极数量、布设位置及外加阴极保护电位对联合防护效果的影响规律,确定阴极保护设计方案。研究结果表明,相同腐蚀环境下,自制柔性陶瓷涂料性能与进口对比产品性能相当,具有优异的耐磨性能、耐化学品性能以及防腐性能,适合三相分离器内腐蚀环境。当涂层与阴极保护联合应用时,采用调整阳极大小、位置、间距等方法,可以实现电位分布的优化,罐底电位的分布越来越均匀。在三相分离器服役中后期,涂层存在局部失效破损时,最佳外加保护电位为-1.0V。According to the early field corrosion results,we determined the laboratory corrosion simulation environment of three-phase separator,compared and studied the anticorrosion effect of self-made flexible porcelain paint and international products,and with the help of numerical simulation calculation to explore the synergic protection effect of coating and cathodic protection,including the effect of the number and position of auxiliary anodes.The results showed that the performance of the self-made flexible porcelain paint was equivalent to that of imported paint under the same corrosive environment.It presented excellent wear resistance,chemical resistance and anticorrosive performance,and was suitable for the corrosive environment of three-phase separator.By adjusting the anode size,position and spacing,the potential distribution could be optimized,and the potential distribution at the bottom of tank was more and more uniform.In the middle and late service of the coating,when the coating had local failure and damage,the best external protection potential was-1.0V.
