摘  要:海上风电场平台吊装作业过程极易发生安全事故。为了有效防止海上风电场吊装施工事故的发生,应用AHP-模糊综合评价法,构建海上风电场施工吊装作业安全风险因素综合评价模型。首先在综合分析海上吊装安全作业影响因素的基础上,建立4个一级指标和22个二级指标在内的海上风电场施工吊装作业风险评价指标体系,应用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重,利用模糊理论建立海上风电场吊装作业安全评价模糊数学模型,根据模糊综合安全评价模型对某海上施工项目进行评价,评价结果表明该海上风电场吊装作业评价总体结果为“较安全”,该实例验证了基于AHP-模糊综合评价分析法的海上风电场吊装作业安全评价的可行性,为加强海上风电场安全管理提供依据。The offshore wind farm platform hoisting operation process is prone to safety accidents.In order to effec-tively prevent the occurrence of lifting accident,a comprehensive evaluation model of safety risk factors in lifting op-eration is built by applying AHP-fuzzy evaluation method.The risk evaluation index system of lifting operation,in-cluding 4 first-level indexes and 22 second-level indexes,are established by comprehensive analyzing the factors af-fecting the safe of offshore lifting operation.The weight coefficient were determined by applying analytic hierarchy process(AHP).A fuzzy mathematical model for safety evaluation of offshore wind farm hoisting operation is estab-lished based on fuzzy comprehensive theory.The evaluation results show that it is feasible to use AHP-fuzzy compre-hensive evaluation method to evaluate the comprehensive of lifting operations for offshore wind farm.The compre-hensive safety level of the lifting operations is"relatively safe".This method can provide guidance for strengthening the safety management of offshore wind farms.
