摘 要:以昆明国际汇都二期基坑工程为实例,从分析周边环境受深基坑开挖影响的各因素入手,采用理论分析、现场监测与数值模拟相结合的方法,应用Midas/GTS软件对此工程建立三维基坑模型,完成基坑分布开挖施工过程模拟,并进行数值模拟分析。将深基坑与周边土体、邻近建筑物看作一个系统,进一步研究周边地表及邻近建筑物在各影响因素下的变形规律。最后将模型中的支护结构变形值与实际检测结果进行分析对比,结果表明Midas建立的模型具有可靠性,得出基坑在开挖的过程中对邻近建筑物地表沉降产生一定影响,为施工设计与检测提供了可靠的依据,所得出的数据也为后续类似工程案例提供了数据支持。Taking the foundation pit project of Kunming International Huidu Phase II as an example,starting from the analysis of various factors affecting the surrounding environment by deep foundation pit excavation,the method of combining theoretical analysis,on-site monitoring and numerical simulation is adopted.Midas/GTS software is used to establish a three-dimensional foundation pit model for this project,complete the simulation of the construction process of foundation pit distribution excavation,and carry out numerical simulation analysis.The deep foundation pit,surrounding soil and adjacent buildings are regarded as a system,and the deformation law of surrounding surface and adjacent buildings under various influencing factors is further studied.Finally supporting structure deformation values of the model through the comparative analysiswith the actual test results,the results show that the model has the Midas to establish the reliability,it is concluded that in the process of excavation of foundation pit adjacent build-ings affected the surface subsidence,provides the reliable basis for design and construction detection,data can also be obtained from the subsequent similar engineering cases provide data support.
