摘 要:高压蒸汽携带空气的能力对火炬燃烧器的无烟高效燃烧至关重要。对火炬燃烧器蒸汽引射结构进行建模,采用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)数值计算方法对引射结构的喷嘴与引射管间距、混合室直径、吸入室长度、混合室直径和混合室长度等参数进行仿真优化,得出最优引射系数为16.48,能够有效提升火炬燃烧器无烟燃烧能力。同时搭建激光相位-多普勒粒子分析装置,采用压缩空气对引射结构的流场进行实验测试。实验结果与CFD仿真结果吻合良好,证明了CFD模型与优化结果的准确性。The air carrying capacity of high-pressure steam is crucial to the smoke-free combustion of flare burner.The steam injection structure of the flare burner is modeled,and the parameters of the injection structure,such as the distance between the nozzle and the injection pipe,the diameter of the mixing chamber,the length of the suction chamber,the diameter of the mixing chamber and the length of the mixing chamber,are optimized by CFD(Com-putational Fluid Dynamics)simulation method,so as to improve the injection capacity and the combustion efficiency of the flare burner.The optimal ejection coefficient is 16.48.A PDPA(Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer)device was built,and the injection ability of the injection structure was tested by using compressed air.The test results were in good agreement with the CFD simulation results,which proved the accuracy of the CFD model.
