摘 要:针对工作面采空区遗煤量大、漏风通道复杂及受冲击地压与瓦斯治理影响导致工作面推采缓慢易自燃问题,提出了底抽巷精准注氮、采空区条带灌浆的治理技术方法,利用黄泥灌浆系统添加易克特化学自发泡剂、复合胶体分条带注浆,对采空区低、中、高位遗煤覆盖包裹、隔氧降温、持续惰化。应用结果表明:推采期间,工作面CO始终保持在2.4×10~(-5)以下。Aiming at the problems of large amount of coal left in the working face goaf,complex air leakage channels,the influence of rock burst and gas govern,the pushing and mining of the working face is slow and easy to spontaneous combustion,a governance technology method of accurate nitrogen injection in the bottom drainage roadway and strip grouting in goaf is proposed.The yellow mud grouting system is used to add Yikete chemical self foaming agent and composite colloid strip grouting to cover and wrap low,medium,and high level coal left in goaf,isolate oxygen and cool down,and continuously inert.The application results indicate that during the pushing and mining period,the CO of the working face remains below at 2.4×10-5.
