摘  要:为解决陈四楼煤矿主井提升系统缺少轴承振动监测的问题,通过采用传感器采集各轴承振动时电流信号,经PLC处理、转换成实际工程值,并在原有组态界面中增添振动监控画面,实现轴承振动连续监测及超限报警。实践证明,该技术能够实时监测轴承运行状态,及时发现潜在故障,确保提升系统安全运行。To solve the problem of lack of bearing vibration monitoring in the main well hoisting system of Chensilou Coal Mine,sensors are used to collect current signals during bearing vibration,which are processed by PLC and converted into actual engineering values.In addition,vibration monitoring screens are added to the original configuration interface to achieve continuous monitoring of bearing vibration and exceeding limit alarm.The practice proves that this technology can monitor the operating status of bearings in real time,detect potential faults in a timely manner,and ensure the safe operation of the hoisting system.
