摘　　要：本文通过梳理2023年国内外档案年会主题,评析各国年会主题的内容特点,进而概括出当前国内外档案工作的最新特点和趋势—关注馆藏、人力、技术和用户“四大资源”,助推档案事业现代化发展。这与我国档案事业现代化高度重视资源建设的要求不谋而合。基于此,本文立足档案事业现代化,基于国外关注的重点资源,提取其与我国档案事业现代化的契合之处。在分析国外档案事业最新特点和趋势的基础上,总结国外经验对我国档案事业现代化的启示。This paper reviews the themes of the annual archival conferences in 2023 at home and abroad,evaluates the characteristics of the themes of the annual conferences in each country,and then outlines the latest characteristics and trends of archival work at home and abroad—focusing on four kinds of resources,collection,manpower,technology and users,to promote the modernization of archival work.This is in line with the modernization of archives in China,which places great emphasis on the construction of resources.Based on the modernization of archives,this paper extracts the fit between the key resources of foreign concerns and the modernization of archives in China.On the basis of the analysis of the latest characteristics and trends of the archival career abroad,it summarizes the inspiration of foreign experiences for the modernization of the archival career in China.
