摘　　要：作为一个富有学术性、专业性和实践性的学术论坛,“金融赋能西部农业农村现代化与乡村振兴”学术研讨会于2023年9月7日至9日在中国农业银行陕西研修中心举行,来自国内150余位专家、学者及政府官员汇聚于此,围绕农村金融创新发展、数字普惠金融与乡村振兴、普惠金融与农户发展、增强农业发展韧性等四个方面深入探讨和交流了金融如何赋能西部农业农村现代化与乡村振兴。本届论坛的一致共识是:金融赋能是实现西部农业农村现代化与乡村振兴的关键政策工具,未来应持续推进金融制度、金融体系、金融产品创新,加快数字普惠金融发展,增强农业农村发展韧性,健全农村金融服务体系,为农业强国建设提供金融力量。As an academic,professional and practical academic forum,the“Financial Empowerment for Modernization of Rural Agriculture and Rural Revitalization in Western China”Symposium was held at the Shaanxi Training Centre of Agricultural Bank(ABC)of China from 7to 9September 2023,where more than one hundred experts,scholars and government officials from over China gathered to discuss and exchange in-depth views on how finance can empower the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in western China and rural revitalization in the following areas:the innovative development of rural finance,digital financial inclusion and rural revitalization,financial inclusion and the development of farmers and enhancing the resilience of agricultural development.The unanimous consensus of this forum is that financial empowerment is a key policy tool to achieve agricultural and rural modernization and rural revitalization in western China.In the future,in order to provide financial strength for the construction of a strong agricultural country,we should continue to promote the innovation of the financial regime,financial system and financial products,accelerate the development of digital inclusive finance,enhance the resilience of agricultural and rural development,and improve the rural financial service system.
