摘 要:目的在实验室快速制备出新型纳米复合材料氢氧化铝/十六烷基三甲基溴化铵/活性炭[(Al(OH)_(3)/CTAB/AC],并利用材料修饰电极建立差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)测定尿中双酚A的方法。方法利用离子表面活性剂的微乳体系一锅法制成Al(OH)_(3)/CTAB/AC纳米复合材料,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、远红外光谱(FI-IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)技术对其形貌进行表征,再将材料滴涂于预先处理好的玻碳电极(GCE)上并研究双酚A在此修饰电极上的电化学行为,最后建立差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)快速检测尿中双酚A的方法。结果在最佳条件下,Al(OH)_(3)/CTAB/AC/GCE表现出优异的电催化活性,双酚A的氧化峰电流与其浓度在1.0 nmol/L~55.0 nmol/L内成良好的线性关系(r^(2)=0.996),检出限为0.2 nmol/L(S/N=3)。其用于检测尿样中双酚A的回收率为102.5%~103.8%。经验证,利用Al(OH)_(3)/CTAB/AC/GCE测定尿中双酚A的方法具有良好的稳定性、选择性和重现性。结论与高效液相方法相比,此方法具有灵敏度极高、检测速度快、试剂简单环保的优点,可以推广用于大量尿液样品中双酚A的检测。Objective This paper aims to synthesize a new nanocomposite[Al(OH)_(3)/CTAB/AC]conveniently in the lab and establish a differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)method for the determination of bisphenol A in urine by using a material modified electrode.Methods Al(OH)_(3)/CTAB/AC nanocomposites were prepared by one-pot method using microemulsion system of ionic surfactants,and their morphology was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),far infrared spectroscopy(FI-IR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Then,the material was coated on the pre-treated glass carbon electrode(GCE)and the electrochemical behavior of bisphenol A on the modified electrode was studied.Finally,DPV method was established for the rapid detection of bisphenol A in urine.Results Under the optimal condition,Al(OH)_(3)/CTAB/AC/GCE showed excellent electrocatalytic activity with BPA.The linear detection range for BPA was within 1.0 nmol/L-55.0 nmol/L(r^(2)=0.996),the detection limit was 0.2 nmol/L(S/N=3),and the recovery was within 102.5%-103.8%in testing the urine samples.The modified electrode[Al(OH)_(3)/CTAB/AC/GCE]showed good stability,selectivity and reproducibility in the determination of BPA in urine.Conclusion Compared to the normal HPLC method,the electrochemical method owns the advantages of excellent sensitivity,rapid operation and eco materials.It can be promoted for the determination of BPA in massive urine samples.
