摘  要:基于柔性衬底材料制备的柔性钙钛矿太阳电池(F-PSC)具有高效率、轻量化等优点,为航空航天、光伏-建筑一体化等领域的发展提供了新的可能性。近年来,以p型氧化镍(NiO_(x))作为空穴传输层(HTL)的单结倒置F-PSC的最佳光电转换效率(PCE)为21.3%,串联的PCE甚至达到了24.7%,显示了其良好的商业化前景。这主要是由于NiO_(x)具有较好的导电性,可忽略的J-V滞后效应和良好的稳定性。介绍了近年来有关基于柔性衬底的NiO_(x)的制备方法,掺杂对NiO_(x)空穴传输层结构、电学和光学性能的影响,以及NiO_(x)与钙钛矿之间的界面钝化方面的研究进展,并对基于NiO_(x)的F-PSC进行了总结和展望。Flexible perovskite solar cells(F-PSCs)prepared based on flexible substrate materials have the advantages of high efficiency and light weight,which provide new possibilities for the development of aerospace,photovoltaic-building integration and other fields.In recent years,the optimal power conversion efficiency(PCE)of single-junction inverted F-PSCs with p-type nickel oxide(NiO_(x))as the hole transport layer(HTL)is 21.3%,and the PCE in series even reaches 24.7%,showing the good commercialization prospects.This is mainly due to the good electrical conductivity of NiO_(x),negligible J-V hysteresis effect and good stability.The preparation methods of NiO_(x)based on flexible substrate,the effects of doping on the structure,and electrical and optical properties of NiO_(x)hole transport layer,and the research progress on the interface passivation between NiO_(x)and perovskite in recent years are introduced.And the F-PSCs based on NiO_(x)are summarized and prospected.
