摘 要:企业技术创新进程面临着大量未知风险,需要借助本体对多源异构的风险信息资源进行语义组织,构建本体知识库,提升企业对技术创新风险的智能化管理水平。面向企业技术创新风险管理领域,首先基于风险管理理论与概念抽取结果,采用七步法设计本体构建流程,复用ABC模型定义本体的8个超类与相应属性;然后运用Protégé工具实现本体可视化展示与实例创建,并结合领域专家意见开展本体评价工作;最后探索该本体模型在风险信息检索、风险量化评估和风险智能预测中的应用价值。面向企业技术创新风险管理的本体构建及应用探索一方面有利于提高该领域知识组织的语义化和智能化水平,另一方面可以为企业防控技术创新风险提供参考。Enterprise technology innovation faces a large number of unknown risks.It is necessary to use ontology to semantically organize multi-source heterogeneous risk information resources and construct an ontology knowledge base,so as to improve the intelligent management level of enterprise technology innovation risk.This paper constructs an ontology model for enterprise technology innovation risk management.Firstly,based on risk management theory and concept extraction results,the seven-step method is used to design ontology construction process,and the ABC model is reused to define eight super classes and corresponding attributes of ontology.Then,Protégéis used to realize ontology visualization demonstration and instance creation,and ontology evaluation is carried out according to domain expert opinions.Finally,the ontology application value is explored in risk information retrieval,risk quantitative evaluation,and risk intelligent prediction.On one hand,this research is conducive to improving the semantic and intelligent level of knowledge organization in the field of enterprise technology innovation risk management.On the other hand,it can provide a reference for enterprises to prevent and control technology innovation risks.
