摘　　要：社会主义政治经济学的资本范畴需要术语革命。以资本的社会的形式规定性定义资本一般,公有资本与私有资本的内容规定性则是资本特殊的新维度。资本作用的两面性植根于资本的社会的形式规定性,因此社会主义不可能完全消除资本的负面作用。资本的负面作用可以从微观-宏观两个层次上分析:一是单个资本机会主义行为的经常性局部性负面作用;二是许多资本行为“涌现”的全局性长期性消极后果。社会主义市场经济条件下驾驭资本,需要从微观-宏观两个层次上充分利用“场与结构的耦合效应”。The category of capital in socialist political economy requires a terminology revolution.The capital in general is defined as its social-formal determination while its social-content determination of public capital and private capital becomes new dimension of capital in particular.The duality of the role of capital is rooted in the capital's social-formal determination,so socialism cannot completely eliminate the negative role of capital.The negative effects of capital can be analyzed from micro and macro level.From a micro perspective,individual capital's opportunistic behaviors caused regular and local negative effects;From a macro perspective,the“emergence”of many capital's behaviors caused the global and long-term negative consequences.To control capital under the conditions of the socialist market economy,it is necessary to make full use of the“coupling effect of field and structure”from micro and macro level.
