经肱三头肌两侧入路治疗肱骨髁间骨折22例

摘　　要：目的:探讨经肱三头肌两侧入路治疗C型肱骨髁间骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2015年10月至2021年6月应用经肱三头肌两侧入路治疗的22例C型肱骨髁间骨折患者的临床资料,随访记录骨折临床愈合时间,并于末次随访时记录患者肘关节屈伸活动度及患者Mayo肘关节评分。结果:随访时间为12~18个月,平均为15.2个月,所有病例达到临床愈合,愈合时间为9~16周,肘关节平均活动范围为110°。采用Mayo肘关节功能评分(MEPS评分)系统评价肘关节功能:优16例,良5例,中1例。结论:经肱三头肌两侧入路治疗C型肱骨髁间骨折可获得满意的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explor the clinical efficacy of bilateral triceps approach on the treatment of patients with type C intercondylar fracture of humerus.Methods:The clinical data of 22 patients with type C humeral intercondylar fractures treated by bilateral triceps approach in our hospital from October 2015 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical fracture healing time was recorded in weeks.At the last follow-up,the flexion and extension range of motion of the elbow joint and the Mayo elbow score were recorded.Results:All patients were followed up for 1218 months(mean 15.2 months).All patients achieved clinical healing,and the healing time was 916 weeks.The average range of motion of the elbow joint was 110°.According to the Mayo elbow performance score(MEPS)system,the elbow function was excellent in 16 cases,good in 5 cases and fair in 1 case.Conclusion:The treatment of type C humeral intercondylar fractures via bilateral triceps approach can obtain satisfactory clinical efficacy,which is worthy of promotion.
