摘　　要：目的对2019年—2022年金华市常住儿童的手足口病发病情况进行分析,为金华市居民防治手足口病提供科学依据。方法回顾性分析2019年—2022年金华市手足口病患者的人口统计学分布、季节分布以及肠道病毒分型结果。结果2019年—2022年首次确诊的2344例患者中,肠道病毒阳性1283例,总阳性率为54.73%;各年份发病时间主要集中在5月—7月;各年份男性确诊患病均高于女性;病例高发年龄段为0岁~5岁,其中0岁~3岁尤为明显;肠道病毒优势病毒株均为其他肠道病毒。结论金华市的手足口病发病时间有明显的季节性,集中分布的时间段为5月—7月,通常于6月达到最高峰;男性分布多于女性;高发年龄段为0岁~5岁,尤其是0岁~3岁这个年龄段;3年的优势病毒株均为其他型肠道病毒。Objective The incidence of HFMD in resident children in Jinhua City from 2019 to 2022 was analyzed,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of HFMD among residents in Jinhua City.Methods The demographic distribution,seasonal distribution and enterovirus typing results of patients with HFMD in Jinhua City from 2019 to 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 2344 patients first confirmed from 2019 to 2022,1283 were positive for enterovirus,with an overall positive rate of 54.73%.The onset time in each year was mainly concentrated from May to July.In all years,the diagnostic rate of this disease was higher in men than in women.The age group of cases is 0-5 years old,among which 0-3 years old is particularly obvious.The dominant enterovirus strains are all other enteroviruses.Conclusion The incidence time of HFMD in Jinhua City has obvious seasonality,and the concentrated distribution period is from May to July,usually reac⁃hing the peak in June.It is more epidemic in males than females.The high incidence age was 0-5 years old,especially 0-3 years old.The dominant virus strains in the three years were all other enteroviruses.
