摘　　要：目的探讨在EB病毒感染患儿发病过程中是否存在Th1/Th2细胞失衡。方法收集本院收治的EB病毒感染患儿作为观察组,同期体检健康的儿童作为对照组,流式细胞仪检测2组Th1细胞百分比、Th2细胞百分比以及Th1/Th2比值;酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清中IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4以及IL-10细胞因子水平;PCR法检测Th1细胞转录因子T-bet mRNA表达水平以及Th2细胞转录因子GATA-3 mRNA水平。结果观察组Th1细胞百分比、Th1/Th2比值均低于对照组,而Th2细胞百分比高于对照组。观察组血清IL-2和IFN-γ水平低于对照组,IL-4和IL-10水平高于对照组。观察组Th1细胞转录因子T-bet mRNA表达水平低于对照组,Th2细胞转录因子GATA-3 mRNA表达水平高于对照组。结论EB病毒感染患儿疾病的发生发展可能与促进Th2型细胞免疫反应有关,在防治EB病毒感染中调节Th1/Th2细胞因子失衡应受到重视。Objective This paper aims to investigate whether there is Th1/Th2 cell imbalance in children with Epstein-Barr virus infection.Methods The children with Epstein-Barr virus infection who were admitted to our hospital were enrolled as an observation group,and the healthy children who underwent physical examination during the same period were enrolled as the control group.Flow cytometry was used to detect the percentages of Th1 and Th2 in the two groups and the ratio of Th1/Th2.The levels of IL-2,IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The expression of T-bet mRNA in Th1 cells and GATA-3 mRNA in Th2 cells was detected by PCR.Results The percent⁃age of Th1 cells and the ratio of Th1/Th2 in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,while the percent⁃age of Th2 cells was higher than that in the control group.The levels of serum IL-2 and IFN-γin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 were higher than that in the control group.The expression of Th1 cell transcription factor T-bet mRNA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the expression of Th2 cell transcription factor GATA-3 mRNA was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The development of Epstein-Barr virus infection may be associated with the promotion of Th2 type cellular immune response in chil⁃dren.Regulating the imbalance of Th1/Th2 cytokines should be paid attention to in the prevention and treatment of Epstein-Barr virus infection.
