摘 要:目的了解宜春市生活饮用水水氟含量现状及分布情况,为确保本市的饮水安全提供科学依据。方法在宜春市辖10个县(市、区),162个乡(镇、街道)1346个行政村,对以分散式供水超过50%人口的行政村为单位,采样点按东、南、西、北、中5个方位各抽取1个,采样点所在村小组优先选择饮用人口较多的水源水。氟含量按《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB/T 5705.5—2006)采用离子色谱法进行检测。结果共采集6730份生活饮用水水样,水氟中位数为0.0748 mg/L,水氟范围0.0005 mg/L~3.78 mg/L,水氟均数为0.0953 mg/L。水氟含量<0.25 mg/L占93.49%;水氟含量0.25 mg/L~0.5 mg/L占5.30%;水氟含量0.5 mg/L~1.0 mg/L占1.08%;水氟含量1.0 mg/L~2.0 mg/L占0.10%;水氟含量>2 mg/L占0.03%,水氟合格6721份,合格率为99.87%。结论通过此次调查,本市绝大部分地区属于低氟水区域,合格率较高;其中9份水样超出国家饮用水标准,高氟水样的采样点均为点状分布,未发现有高氟地区。高氟水局部点需继续做好饮水安全工作,为有效的科学防控地方性氟中毒提供依据。Objective This paper aims to understand the current situation and distribution of fluoride content in drinking water in Yichun City,so as to provide scientific basis for ensuring the safety of drinking water in Yichun City.Methods In 10 coun⁃ties(cities,districts),162 townships(towns,streets),and 1346 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Yichun Cit⁃y,administrative villages with distributed water supply of more than 50%of the population were selected as study units.The sampling sites were selected according to five directions,including east,south,west,north and central,and the village group where the sampling sites were located preferred to drink water from sources with large populations.According to the Standard Test Method for Drinking Water GB/T 5705.5-2006,ion chromatography was used to detect the fluorine content.Results A total of 6730 drinking water samples were collected,with a median of 0.0748 mg/L for water fluoride,a range of 0.0005 mg/L to 3.78 mg/L,and a mean of 0.0953 mg/L.Water fluorine content<0.25 mg/L accounted for 93.49%;the fluorine content of water is within 0.25 mg/L-0.5 mg/L,accounting for 5.30%;The fluorine content of water is within 0.5 mg/L-1.08%;Water fluorine within 1.0 mg/L-2.0 mg/L accounted for 0.10%;Water fluorine content>2 mg/L accounted for 0.03%,water fluorine was qualified in 6721 samples,and the passing rate was 99.87%.Conclusion Through this investigation,it is found that the vast majority of areas in this city belong to low fluoride water areas,and the qualified rate is high.Among them,9 water samples have exceeded the national drinking water standards,and the sampling points of high fluoride water samples are all distributed in a dotted pattern.No high fluoride areas have been found.Therefore,local areas of high fluoride water should continue to actively carry out drinking water safety work to provide evidence for effective scientific prevention and control of endemic fluorosis.
