摘 要:目的对安康市汉滨区2022年学龄儿童及孕妇碘营养状况进行分析,为科学指导碘摄入提供理论依据。方法在汉滨区的高新区和恒口镇随机抽取8岁~10岁学龄儿童420人和孕妇215人,按照WS/T 107.1—2016进行尿碘监测。结果2022年安康市汉滨区学龄儿童尿碘中位数为264.0μg/L,尿碘中位数<100μg/L样本占12.15%,其中男生203人,尿碘中位数为319.82μg/L,女生217人,尿碘中位数为269.63μg/L,不同性别儿童尿碘中位数≥100μg/L的构成比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.952,P=0.047)。孕妇尿碘中位数为150.62μg/L,尿碘中位数<150μg/L样本占49.77%。结论2022年汉滨区8岁~10岁学龄儿童尿碘中位数及尿碘频数分布均达到了国家消除碘缺乏病的标准。孕妇碘缺乏较为严重,存在健康风险,应引起高度重视。针对不同人群、个体应采取针对性干预措施,加强健康教育,指导居民科学补碘。Objective The iodine nutritional status of school-age children and pregnant women in Hanbin District of Ankang City in 2022 was analyzed to provide theoretical basis for scientific guidance of iodine intake.Methods A total of 420 school-age children aged 8-10 years and 215 pregnant women were randomly selected from Gaoxin area and Hengkou area of Hanbin District.Urine iodine was monitored according to WS/T 107.1-2016.Results In 2022,the median urine iodine of school-age children in Hanbin District was 264.0μg/L,12.15%of which was urine iodine<100μg/L.There were 203 boys with a median of 319.8μg/L and 217 girls with a median of 269.6μg/L.There was statistical significance on the difference in the distribution of urinary iodine levels≥100μg/L between different genders(χ^(2)=3.952,P=0.047).The median urinary iodine of pregnant women was 150.6μg/L,and urine iodine<150μg/L accounted for 49.77%.Conclusion In 2022,the median urinary iodine and the frequency distribution of urinary iodine among school-age children aged 8 to 10 in Hanbin District have reached the national standards for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.The iodine deficiency of pregnant women is serious,and there are health risks,which should arouse great attention.Targeted intervention measures should be taken for different groups and individuals to strengthen health education and guide residents to replenish iodine scientifically.
