摘  要:1 Introduction Cross-chain transaction,as an essential component of blockchain technology,enables value exchange cross blockchains[1].Atomic cross-chain transaction technology has mainly encountered two challenges:efficiency and security.Efficiency challenges usually include the pressures on storage,transaction fees(e.g.,gas)or throughput,etc.Security challenges refer to the requirement that the assets traded must be obtained by the intended person for an intended amount.Among which fork fraud is one of the specialized problems,which refers to attackers obtaining assets that should not be obtained by manipulating blockchain forks.Many cross-chaining solutions today are not aware of such malicious attacks.In this study,we propose EAC3,an Efficient Atomic CrossChain Commitment that can resist fork fraud.By introducing a new resource multiplexing strategy,and redesigning the crosschain transaction process,EAC3 can effectively reduce various transaction overheads,and keep the possibility that attackers obtaining assets through secretly manipulating a chain fork at a safe level.
