摘 要:红火蚁是一种危险性入侵生物,选择几丁质合成抑制剂(氟啶脲、氟虫脲)、保幼激素类似物(苯氧威、吡丙醚)、蜕皮激素类似物(甲氧虫酰肼、虫酰肼)3类6种昆虫生长调节剂,以毒饵法室内测定其对红火蚁工蚁的毒力。结果表明:以400 mg·kg^(-1)昆虫生长调节剂饵剂饲喂红火蚁工蚁1~3 d,部分工蚁出现行动迟缓、呆滞现象,个体间相对分散;9 d后各处理中工蚁的校正死亡率为12.21%~88.27%。其中,甲氧虫酰肼饵剂处理后工蚁的校正死亡率较高,达(88.27±1.84)%,显著高于其他处理,且LT50较短,为3.3 d;氟啶脲和苯氧威饵剂处理次之,工蚁的校正死亡率分别为(77.75±2.99)%和(70.11±1.56)%,LT50分别为4.3和4.8 d。质量分数高于900 mg·kg^(-1)的甲氧虫酰肼饵剂,以及质量分数高于500 mg·kg^(-1)的氟啶脲、苯氧威饵剂,对红火蚁工蚁的毒杀作用显著增强,工蚁取食3种饵剂7 d的LC50分别为23.689、79.665、99.768 mg·kg^(-1);通过时间-剂量-死亡率(TDM)模型分析可知,3种药剂对工蚁致死效应最强的时间段在取食饵剂后1~7 d。可见,蜕皮激素类似物甲氧虫酰肼、几丁质合成抑制剂氟啶脲和保幼激素类似物苯氧威对红火蚁工蚁有较强的毒力,且饲喂7 d内效果明显,在该虫防治中有较大的应用潜力。Solenopsis invicta Buren is a dangerous invasive organism.Six insect growth regulators in three categories,including chitin synthesis inhibitors flufenoxuron and chlorfluazuron,juvenile hormone analogues fenoxycarb and pyriproxyfen,ecdysone analogues methoxyfenozide and tebufenozide.,were selected to determine the toxicity to S.invicta workers by bait method in laboratory.The results showed that some ant workers were sluggish and dull,and the groups were relatively dispersed after being fed with 400 mg·kg^(-1)insect growth regulator bait for 1~3 days.After 9 days,the corrected mortality of ant workers were 12.21%~88.27%,and that of the ecdysone analogue methoxyfenozide treatments was significantly higher than other with(88.27±1.84)%(LT50=3.3 days).The corrected mortality of chlorfluazuron and fenoxycarb to ant workers were(77.75±2.99)%and(70.11±1.56)%with LT504.3 d and 4.8 d,respectively.When the content of methoxyfenozide was over 900 mg·kg^(-1),and the content of chlorfluazuron and fenoxycarb was over 500 mg·kg^(-1),the toxicity of the three baits to ant workers were significantly enhanced.The LC50 of the three baits for 7 days were 23.689,79.665 and 99.768 mg·kg^(-1),respectively.Through the time-dose-mortality(TDM)model analysis,the 3 insect growth regulators exhibited a lethal effect peak on ant workers at 1~7 d after treatment.Therefore,the ecdysone analogue methoxyfenozide,the chitin synthesis inhibitor chlorfluazuron and the juvenile hormone analogue fenoxycarb exhibited strong toxicity to ant workers,and the effect peak were in 7 days,which has good application potential in biological control to S.invicta.
