摘  要:以不同型号的空心玻璃微珠(HGMs)为主要填料,制备了低密度片状模塑料(SMC),记为SMC-H,研究了HGMs的抗压强度、平均粒径、含水率、表面改性方式对SMC-H制备与性能的影响。结果表明:当选用含水率不大于0.31%、平均粒径为40μm的38P5500型HGMs时,SMC-H的实测密度与设计密度趋于一致,且介电常数仅为3.762 F/m;与复配改性剂及不饱和有机酸相比,硅烷偶联剂A-178改性HGMs填充SMC的力学性能最好,其中,拉伸强度为82 MPa,弯曲强度为181 MPa,冲击强度为66 kJ/m^(2)。Low density sheet molding compound(SMC)was prepared using different types of hollow glass microspheres(HGMs)as the main filler,denoted as SMC-H.The effects of compressive strength,average particle size,moisture content and surface modification methods of HGMs on the preparation and properties of SMC-H were studied.The results show that when selecting 38P5500 HGMs with a moisture content not greater than 0.31%and an average particle size of 40μm,the measured density and design density of SMC-H tend to be consistent,and the dielectric constant is only 3.762 F/m.Compared with composite modifiers and unsaturated organic acids,the mechanical properties of SMC filled with HGMs modified by silane coupling agent A-178 are the best,with a tensile strength of 82 MPa,a bending strength of 181 MPa and an impact strength of 66 kJ/m^(2).
