摘　　要：合成了一种磷氮溴阻燃剂(115F),用其对2种聚丙烯(PP-A和PP-B)进行阻燃改性。结果表明:当115F和二甲基二苯基丁烷的质量比为9∶1时,复合阻燃剂的阻燃效果满足要求,且比无卤阻燃剂和卤锑阻燃剂好。当滑石粉质量分数为20.0%时,2种阻燃PP的UL94阻燃等级为V-2级,离火即熄,符合要求;当硫酸钡质量分数为25.0%时,阻燃PP-A的UL94阻燃等级为V-2级,离火即熄,符合要求;当硫酸钡质量分数为30.0%时,阻燃PP-B的UL94阻燃等级为V-2级,符合要求;加入增韧剂会降低阻燃PP的阻燃性能,实际应用中要控制其用量。A phosphorus nitrogen bromine flame retardant(115F)was synthesized and used to flame retard two types of polypropylene(PP-A and PP-B).The results show that when the mass ratio of 115F to dimethyldiphenylbutane is 9∶1,the flame retardancy of the composite flame retardant meets the requirements and is better than halogen-free flame retardants and halogenated antimony flame retardants.When the mass fraction of talcum powder is 20.0%,the UL94 flame retardant grade of the two flame retardant PPs is V-2,which extinguishes immediately after ignition,meeting the requirements.When the mass fraction of barium sulfate is 25.0%,the UL94 flame retardant grade of flame-retardant PP-A is V-2,which extinguishes immediately after ignition,meeting the requirements.When the mass fraction of barium sulfate is 30.0%,the UL94 flame retardant grade of flame retardant PP-B is V-2,which meets the requirements.Adding toughening agents will reduce the flame retardancy of flame retardant PP,and its dosage should be controlled in practical applications.
