摘　　要：以乙烯-醋酸乙烯聚合物(EVA)通用料UE 1925TS为对象,研究了进料温度和反应压力对其生产过程中聚合负荷和过氧化物用量的影响,分析了醋酸乙烯(VA)含量和产品熔体流动速率(MFR)的影响因素,并对开车过程中产品MFR波动大的情况提出了改进措施。Influence of feed temperature and reaction pressure on the polymerization load and peroxide dosage during the production process of ethylene vinyl acetate polymer(EVA)universal material UE 1925TS was studied.The influencing factors of vinyl acetate(VA)content and melt flow rate(MFR)of product were analyzed.Improvement measures were proposed for situation of significant fluctuations in product MFR during the start-up process.
