摘　　要：介绍了聚乙烯(PE)烧结过滤器原理、结构和常用制作工艺。对PE烧结过滤器的制备工艺进行了改良,得到了能满足正常使用功能的产品尺寸,确定了批量制作产品的工艺类型,最后讨论了试验中存在的不足,对后续同类型产品的发展提供了进一步的思路。The principle,structure and commonly used manufacturing process of polyethylene(PE)sintered filters were introduced.The preparation process of PE sintering filters has been improved and product sizes that can meet normal usage functions have been obtained.The process types for batch production of products have been determined.Finally,the shortcomings in the experiments have been discussed,providing further ideas for the development of similar products in the future.
