摘 要:为准确量化无心磨削过程中的碳排放,提出一种新的无心磨削ERWC碳排放计算模型,该模型用基于功率信号的磨削材料去除率计算材料去除能耗、砂轮磨损碳排放等,相比以往基于经验公式计算得到的无心磨削碳排放,有效降低了与实际加工过程碳排放之间的误差。深入分析无心磨削碳排放的影响因素,提出建立无心磨削碳排放模型的方法;基于监测功率信号的无心磨削材料去除率模型,综合考虑能源消耗、资源消耗和废弃物对无心磨削碳排放的影响,建立无心磨削ERWC碳排放模型。将无心磨削ERWC碳排放等效模型用于企业工厂柱塞芯磨削加工实验表明,该无心磨削碳排放模型对无心磨削加工过程中的碳排放进行了准确量化,为后续优化磨削工艺参数、降低无心磨削加工过程中的碳排放打下了理论基础。Centerless grinding is an important grinding process.To accurately quantify carbon emissions in centerless grinding process,a new calculation model of Energy,Resource,Waste,Carbon(ERWC)carbon emissions in centerless grinding was proposed.In this model,material removal rate based on power signal was used to calculate material removal energy consumption and grinding wheel wear carbon emissions.The deviation of carbon emission from centreless grinding calculated by empirical formula to actual situation was effectively avoided.The influencing factors of carbon emission from centerless grinding were analyzed deeply,and the method of establishing carbon emission model from centerless grinding was proposed.Based on the material removal rate model of centerless grinding for monitoring power signals,the ERWC carbon emission model of centerless grinding was established by considering the influence of power consumption,resource consumption and waste on carbon emission from centerless grinding.The equivalent model of carbon emission of ERWC in centerless grinding was applied to the plunger core grinding in the factory for experimental research,and the influence of grinding wheel and regulating wheel speed on carbon emission in centerless grinding was deeply analyzed and explored.The experimental results showed that the carbon emission model could accurately quantify the carbon emission in centerless grinding process,which laid a theoretical foundation for the optimization of grinding process parameters and the reduction of carbon emission in centerless grinding process.
