摘  要:目的建立UPLC-MS/MS法同时测定补中益气丸(水丸)中黄芪甲苷、毛蕊异黄酮苷、橙皮苷、阿魏酸、甘草酸和甘草苷的含量。方法采用Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),流动相为5 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液-甲醇(含0.1%甲酸),梯度洗脱;质谱离子化方式为电喷雾源(ESI),采用多级反应离子监测模式(MRM)定量分析。结果各化合物在相应浓度范围内线性关系均良好,r^(2)值为0.994~0.999,加标回收率范围为86.7%~103.5%,相应的RSD为3.8%~7.6%。结论本方法定性和定量准确可靠,重复性好、基质干扰小、灵敏度高,满足补中益气丸(水丸)中6种化合物含量的测定要求。Objective To establish a UPLC-MS/MS method for the simultaneous determination of astragaloside IV,verbascoside,hesperidin,ferulic acid,glycyrrhizic acid,and liquiritin in Buzhong Yiqi Pills(water pills).Methods Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm)was used,and the mobile phase was 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution-acetonitrile(containing 0.1%formic acid),gradient elution;the ionization mode of mass spectrometry was electrospray source(ESI),and the quantitative analysis was carried out by using multiple reactive ion monitoring mode(MRM).Results Each compound had a good linear relationship in the corresponding concentration range,the r^(2)was between 0.994~0.999,the recovery rate of standard addition ranged from 86.7%to 103.5%,and the corresponding RSD was 3.8%to 7.6%.Conclusion This method is accurate and reliable qualitatively and quantitatively,with good repeatability,small matrix interference and high sensitivity,which meets the requirements of measuring the content of 6 components in Buzhong Yiqi Pills(water pills).
