摘　　要：新型冠状病毒感染(简称新冠感染)患者恢复期仍有多种功能障碍,康复治疗的及时介入对促进患者功能改善及提高日常生活能力具有重要临床意义。本文基于目前循证医学证据及临床实践,对单纯新冠感染患者和既往有功能障碍合并新冠感染者(如神经功能障碍、慢性疼痛、骨关节疾病等)的不同人群在新冠感染恢复期的康复治疗及注意事项进行了归纳总结,以期为新冠感染患者恢复期的康复治疗提供临床参考。Patients with novel coronavirus infection still have many functional disorders during the recovery period.The timely intervention of rehabilitation treatment has important clinical significance in improving the patients’functions and their ability of daily living.Based on the current evidence of evidence-based medicine and clinical practice,this paper summarizes the rehabilitation treatment and precautions of patients with simple novel coronavirus infection and different groups with previous dysfunction and novel coronavirus infection(such as neurological dysfunction,chronic pain,and bone and joint diseases)with a view to providing clinical reference for the rehabilitation treatment of patients with novel coronavirus infection during the recovery period.
