摘 要:在RCEP协定全面生效背景下,加强我国数字化建设,促进高技术产业高质量发展,有助于深化区域内经贸合作,提高产业国际竞争力。基于2011—2021年15个RCEP成员国的面板数据利用熵值法构建数字化水平测度体系,利用面板回归模型探究数字化水平对高技术产品出口的影响,结果表明,我国数字化水平逐年提升,RCEP背景下数字化水平对高技术产品出口呈正相关关系。数字技术竞争力是高技术产品出口最重要的影响因素,数字基础设施建设和数字公共服务水平对高技术产品出口也具有显著影响。Under the background of the RCEP being fully in force,the enhance of China's digital construction and the high-quality development of high-tech industries,could deepen regional economic and trade cooperation,this paper uses the entropy method to construct the digital level measurement system based on the panel data of 15 RCEP member countries from 2011 to 2021.The panel regression model is also constructed to explore the impact of digitalization level on the export of high-tech products.The results show that the digitization level of our country is increasing year by year.In the context of RCEP,the level of digitalization has a positive correlation with the export of high-tech products.The competitiveness of digital technology is the most important factor affecting the export of high-tech products,and the construction of digital infrastructure and the level of digital public services also have a significant impact on the export of high-tech products.
