摘  要:Rab22a是Rab家族的一个小GTP酶,显著改变多个膜转运步骤,Rab22a在细胞的初级内吞及质膜循环中发挥着关键的作用。Rab22a不仅参与初级内体的形成,还参与物质回收及质膜循环,介导多种效应蛋白和信号受体的转运。研究显示Rab22a与细胞免疫有着密不可分的关系,因为抗原呈递在很大程度上依赖于在多种细胞中发生的内吞事件和在分泌途径中转运事件的复杂调控,以及这两种途径之间的交联。另外,Rab22a在调节自噬中也具有特殊的功能。Rab22a作为膜循环及细胞内运输的重要调控因子,参与调控囊泡的形成、运输及融合的过程。Rab22a is a small GTPase of the Rab family,significantly changes multiple membrane transport steps,plays a key role in primary endocytosis of cells and plasma membrane circulation.Rab22a is not only involved in the formation of primary endosomes,but also in substance recovery and plasma membrane circulation,mediating the transport of various effector proteins and signal receptors.Rab22a is also closely related to cellular immunity,because antigen presentation is largely dependent on the complex regulation of endocytic events in various cells and transport events in secretion pathways,as well as the cross-linking between these two pathways.In addition,Rab22a also has special functions in regulating autophagy,as an important regulator of membrane circulation and intracellular transport,is involved in the process of regulating the formation,transport and fusion of vesicles.
