摘 要:稀土发光材料广泛应用于荧屏显示、照明、信息探测等领域。采用高温固相法制备了一系列稀土离子激活荧光粉:Ca_(3)NbGa_(3)Si_(2)O_(14):xDy^(3+)和Ca_(3)NbGa_(3)Si_(2)O_(14):0.03Dy^(3+)/y Tm^(3+)。通过测试样品的XRD和荧光光谱对样品物相、结构及发光性能进行了表征,并对其能量传递机制和CIE色坐标进行了分析研究。结果表明:Ca_(3)NbGa_(3)Si_(2)O_(14):x Dy^(3+)荧光粉在监测波长为573 nm时最佳的激发波长为348 nm;用348 nm激发样品时主要发射黄光,当x为0.03时,其强度达到最强;在Ca_(3)NbGa_(3)Si_(2)O_(14):0.03Dy^(3+)/y Tm^(3+)荧光粉中,其有效激发为365和352 nm,通过对Tm^(3+)掺杂浓度的调控,不仅实现了发光强度的最优而且其发光颜色可调,通过调控Tm^(3+)的掺杂浓度,Ca_(3)NbGa_(3)Si_(2)O_(14):0.03Dy^(3+)/y Tm^(3+)荧光粉可实现白光发射;当y=0.04时,Ca_(3)NbGa_(3)Si_(2)O_(14):0.03Dy^(3+)/0.04Tm^(3+)(0.3315, 0.3382)最接近标准白光点(0.333, 0.333)。研究结果表明Ca3NbGa3Si2O14:Dy^(3+)/Tm^(3+)荧光粉在白光LED照明领域具有很好的应用价值。Rare earth is widely used in screen display,lighting,information detection and other fields as lumi⁃nescent functional materials.In this paper,a series of white phosphors Ca_(3)NbGa_(3)Si_(2)O_(14):xDy^(3+) and Ca_(3)NbGa_(3)Si_(2)O_(14):Dy^(3+)/Tm^(3+)were prepared by high-temperature solid-state method.The phase,structure and lumi⁃nescent properties of these two groups of phosphors were characterized by XRD and a fluorescence spectrometer.The energy transfer mechanism and CIE color coordinates were analyzed.The results show that the best excita⁃tion wavelength of Ca_(3)NbGa_(3)Si_(2)O_(14):xDy^(3+)phosphor is 348 nm when the monitoring wavelength is 573 nm,and the yellow light is emitted when the sample is excited by 348 nm,and the intensity is the strongest when x=0.03;in Ca_(3)NbGa_(3)Si_(2)O_(14):Dy^(3+)/Tm^(3+)phosphor,notonly the optimal luminous intensity but also the color of the phosphor can be adjusted by adjusting the Tm 3+doping concentration,and the effective excitation is 365 and 352 nm.The phosphor can achieve white light emission by adjusting the doping concentration of Tm^(3+)Ca_(3)Nb⁃Ga_(3)Si_(2)O_(14):0.03Dy^(3+)/0.04Tm^(3+)(0.3315,0.3382)is the closest to the standard white light point(0.333,0.333)when the y is 0.04.The results show that Ca_(3)NbGa_(3)Si_(2)O_(14):Dy^(3+)/Tm^(3+)phosphor has good application value in the field of white LED lighting.
