摘  要:基于室温XRD和磁化强度随温度和磁场变化的实验数据,研究了Dy_(13.60)Ni_(3.34)In_(3.06)合金的相结构和磁相变与磁热效应。结果表明,室温下该合金为Lu_(14)Co_(2)In_(3)型结构近单相,由于合金中Dy原子有7个非等效Wyckoff占位而导致Dy^(3+)的磁矩呈非共线,合金表现出较为复杂的磁结构和磁相变,除T_(C)=22 K的FM-PM转变和其他温度下未知磁相变外,基于磁化率实部和虚部峰值对应温度对频率的敏感性,证实在T_(g)=16 K附近存在磁自旋玻璃态与铁磁态之间的转变。高温范围(130~300 K)磁化率及其倒数的居里外斯公式拟合结果显示居里外斯温度为-28.66 K,合金中Dy^(3+)粒子的顺磁有效磁矩为μ_(eff)=10.86μB,同期望值μ_(eff)=g( J (J+1))1/2=10.64μB基本一致,Ni原子为非磁性或极弱磁性。Dy14Ni3In3合金磁场响应性较差,铁磁态分子的有效磁矩远低于顺磁分子有效磁矩,在50 kOe磁场下合金的低温(2 K)饱和磁矩仅为26.31μB/f.u或1.93μB/Dy^(3+)。在磁热性能方面,合金在0~50 kOe磁场下,居里温度附近最大磁熵变-ΔS_(max)仅为-1.40 J·(kg·K)^(-1)。The magnetic transition and magnetocaloric effect of Dy_(14)Ni_(3)In_(3) alloy were investigated by magnetic susceptibility and isothermal magnetization measurements.Besides FM-PM transition at T_(C)=22 K and additional unknown magnetic transitions at other temperatures,a spin-glass transition at T_(SG)=18 K is confirmed by the peak amplitudes and temperatures of both real and imaginary components of ac magnetic susceptibility near T SG being sensitive to the frequency.The fitting results of the magnetic susceptibility and its inverse in the 130-300 K show paramagnetic μ_(eff)=10.86μB/Dy^(3+)ion and Weiss temperature θ P=-28.66 K.Ni atoms are non-magnetic or very weak magnetic in Dy_(14) Ni_(3) In 3.Due to the complex magnetic structures originated from seven nonequivalent Wyckoff positions of Dy atoms,the saturation moment is only 26.31μB/f.u.or 1.93μB/Dy^(3+)at 2 K in a 50 kOe magnetic field.The corresponding maximum positive value of-ΔS M is only-1.40 J·(kg·K)^(-1) at 28 K in a field change of 0~50 kOe.
