摘  要:以硝酸钐、硝酸镨、硝酸铈、硝酸钆为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFCs)固体电解质Ce_(0.8)Sm_(0.16)Gd_(0.04-x)Pr_(x)O_(1.9)(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.025,0.03,0.035,0.04),并通过扫描X射线衍射(XRD)、电子显微镜(SEM)、热重-差示扫描量热分析(TG-DTG)、以及电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等表征技术对样品进行了测试分析。实验结果表明,在1300℃下烧结3 h即得到相对密度均大于95%及烧结活性高、分散性良好、平均粒径约为53.16 nm的立方相Ce_(0.8)Sm_(0.16)Gd_(0.04-x)Pr_(x)O_(1.9)(CSPG)氧化物。电化学性能研究表明,适量Pr掺杂可以显著提高Ce_(0.8)Sm_(0.16)Gd_(0.04)O_(1.9)(SGDC)电解质的离子电导性能。其中,Ce_(0.8)Sm_(0.16)Pr_(0.03)Gd_(0.01)O_(1.9)电导率最大,与SGDC电解质相比,电导率提高了10倍,在800℃时达到0.0494 S·cm^(-1),活化能仅为0.0354 e V,组装的单电池获得峰值功率密度为0.54 W·cm^(-2)。Solid oxide electrolyte Ce_(0.8)Sm_(0.16)Pr_(x)Gd_(0.04-x)O_(1.9)(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.025,0.03,0.035,0.04)of solid oxide fuel cell(SOFCs)was prepared by sol-gel method using samarium nitrate,praseodymium nitrate,cerium nitrate and gadolinium nitrate as raw materials.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermogravimetric differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DTG),and elec⁃trochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The experimental results show that the cubic phase Ce_(0.8)Sm_(0.16)Pr_(x)Gd_(0.04-x)O_(1.9)(CSPG)with relative density greater than 95%,high sintering activity,good dispersion and average particle size of 53.16 nm can be obtained by being sintered at 1300℃for 3 h.The results of elec⁃trochemical properties show that appropriate Pr doping can significantly improve the ionic conductivity of Ce_(0.8)Sm_(0.16)Gd_(0.04)O_(1.9)(SGDC).Compared with SGDC electrolyte,the conductivity of Ce_(0.8)Sm_(0.16)Pr_(0.03)Gd_(0.01)O_(1.9) is in⁃creased by 10 times,reaching 0.0494 S·cm^(-1) at 800℃,the activation energy is 0.0354 eV,and the peak pow⁃er density of the assembled single cell is 0.54 W·cm^(-2).
