摘 要:以南方离子型稀土矿区长汀为研究区,计算芒萁(Dicranopteris dichotoma)分100%, 75%, 50%, 25%、不刈割共5个强度刈割半年后新生芒萁和未刈割芒萁生物量、稀土元素含量,以揭示不同刈割强度处理下芒萁的超补偿生长以及芒萁净化稀土的效应。结果表明,所有刈割处理的芒萁生物量均高于对照无刈割处理,均发生超补偿生长,刈割强度越大补偿效应越明显,100%刈割处理下芒萁生物量显著大于其他处理,表明刈割增强了芒萁的克隆繁殖能力,为稀土积累提供了良好条件。所有刈割处理的新生芒萁叶片稀土元素总量均显著大于对照无刈割处理,但不同刈割强度之间无显著差异,样方内留下未刈割部分的芒萁叶片稀土元素总量显著大于对照未刈割,75%刈割和50%刈割样方内未刈割的芒萁叶片稀土元素总量略大于刈割后新生叶片稀土元素总量,说明残留未刈割的芒萁根系以吸收稀土应答刈割的干扰。刈割处理后芒萁新生叶片的轻稀土和重稀土的积累量均有所上升,100%刈割处理下的稀土积累量显著大于其他刈割强度,说明提升芒萁净化稀土效率主要取决于诱导芒萁补偿生长以提升生物量。刈割后芒萁对稀土的积累特征保持稳定,仍然呈现为轻稀土>重稀土。芒萁的生物量与除了Ce以外的轻稀土元素呈强相关,与重稀土Gd, Tb中等相关,与其余稀土元素无相关性,芒萁对Ce的吸收受到了土壤Ce含量的限制。刈割后芒萁叶片的轻稀土元素之间呈强相关,重稀土元素之间也呈强相关,轻稀土与Gd和Tb强相关,说明芒萁吸收重稀土受到了轻稀土的影响。To reveal the super compensatory growth of Dicranopteris dichotoma and the effect of Dicranopteris di⁃chotoma in purifying rare earth elements under different cutting intensity treatments,using Changting,a south⁃ern ionic rare earth mining area,as the study area,the biomass and rare earth element contents of new and un⁃cut Dicranopteris dichotoma were calculated after six months of Dicranopteris dichotoma cutting at five intensi⁃ties:100%,75%,50%,25%and no cutting.The results show that the biomass of Dicranopteris dichotoma of all cut treatments is higher than that of the uncut control and that super compensatory growth occurrs in all treat⁃ments.The greater the intensity of cutting is the more pronounced the compensatory effect is,and the biomass of Dicranopteris dichotoma is significantly greater in the 100%cutting treatment than that in the other treat⁃ments.The above indicates that cutting significantly enhances the clonal reproduction of Dicranopteris dichotoma and provides good conditions for rare earth elements accumulation.The total amount of rare earth elements in the new Dicranopteris dichotoma leaves is significantly greater in all cut treatments than that in the uncut con⁃trol,but there is no significant difference between the different cutting intensities.The total amount of rare earth elements in uncut Dicranopteris dichotoma leaves left in the sample is significantly greater than that in the uncut control,and the total amount of rare earth elements in uncut Dicranopteris dichotoma leaves in the 75% cut and 50% cut samples is slightly greater than the total amount of rare earth elements in new leaves after cutting.These suggest that the residual uncut Dicranopteris dichotoma root system respondes to the cutting disturbance by absorbing rare earth elements.The accumulation of both light and heavy rare earth elements in the new leaves of Dicranopteris dichotoma increases after the cutting treatment,and the accumulation of rare earth ele⁃ments under 100% cutting treatment is significant
