摘 要:为了提高白云鄂博稀土矿的浮选回收效果,进行了单一捕收剂和复合捕收剂的一段浮选条件试验和1粗3精闭路浮选对比试验。结果表明:使用复合捕收剂8#药/OP进行浮选的最佳OP占比为α_((OP))=0.2;经一段浮选,稀土品位由9.58%提高至34.14%,稀土回收率为88.98%,相对单一捕收剂,稀土精矿REO品位提高了8.06%;经1粗3精闭路浮选,使用复合捕收剂,可得REO品位54.81%,回收率75.92%的稀土精矿,相对于使用单一捕收剂的工艺,稀土品位提高了2.79%,回收率提高了3.8%。浮选试验和矿物分析结果表明,非离子表面活性剂OP有利于提高捕收剂8#药对白云鄂博稀土矿的浮选回收效果,且复合捕收剂比单一捕收剂更有利于微细粒级稀土矿物的回收。To enhance flotation efficiency of rare earth minerals in Bayan Obo ore,the flotation condition tests of single collector and compound collectors and their comparison tests by close-circuit of one roughing-three cleaning flotations were carried out.The results show that the optimum OP ratio of flotation using composite col⁃lectors 8#reagent/OP is α_((OP))=0.2.After one stage flotation,the grade of rare earth concentrates increases from 9.58%to 34.14%,and the recovery is 88.98%.Compared with single collector,the grade of rare earth concen⁃trates increases by 8.06%.In the close-circuit of one roughing-three cleaning floatation process,the grade of rare earth concentrate reaches 54.81%and the recovery reaches 75.92%by using compound collectors.Com⁃pared with single collector,the grade of rare earth concentrates increases by 2.79%,and the recovery increases by 3.8%.The results of flotation experiment and mineral analysis show that the non-ionic surfactant OP enhanc⁃es the recovery of rare earth minerals,and is more conducive to the recovery of fine rare earth minerals.
