摘  要:以萘酰亚胺为基底物质,采用缩合反应,合成了一种分子探针N-烯丙基盐酸盐-4-肼基-萘酰亚胺,该探针可以均匀分散在不同有机溶液中。通过365nm下的紫外灯荧光照片和300~600nm荧光光谱对该探针的响应性质进行表征,通过调节二甲基亚砜溶液的pH、改变甲醛溶液的添加量和改变醛的种类来考察探针的响应性能,结果发现该探针对溶液中几种典型醛类均能够产生良好的荧光响应性。A molecular probe N-allyl hydrochloride-4-hydrazine-naphthalimide was synthesized by con-densation reaction using naphthalimide as the substrate.The probe could be uniformly dispersed in different organic solutions.The response properties of the probe were characterized by UV fluorescence photos at 365 nm and fluorescence spectra at 300-600 nm.The response performance of the probe was investigated by ad-justing the pH of the dimethyl sulfoxide solution,changing the amount of formaldehyde solution added,and changing the type of aldehyde.The results showed that the probe exhibited good fluorescence response to several typical aldehydes in the solution.
