摘  要:将液化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与PEG先进行反应形成预聚体,再利用含有活性双键的烯丙基聚乙二醇进行封端,使其形成活性聚氨酯,继而引入阳离子单体二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,在水溶液中通过滴加氧化还原剂,利用自由基反应打开双键形成支链、交联的高分子产品,探究反应温度、时间、反应物物质的量比对产品稳定性、耐温性、耐盐性、耐湿摩擦色牢度的影响,通过正交实验得到了优化的配比与工艺。Liquefied diphenylmethane diisocyanate reacted with PEG to form a prepolymer,then allyl poly-ethylene glycol containing active double bonds was used to end-cap it to form active polyurethane,and then dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride,a cationic monomer,was introduced into the aqueous solution,and a branched and crosslinked polymer product was formed by using free radical to react with double bonds.The influence of reaction temperature,time and the quantity ratio of substances on product stability,temperature resistance,salt resistance,and wet friction color fastness was studied through orthogonal experiments to ob-tain optimized ratios and processes.
