摘　　要：对于硬挺整理中常见问题产生的原因及机理进行分析探讨并提出针对性解决方案,主要包括布面游离甲醛、鱼腥味、白痕、回软以及硬挺剂的剥除等。合理选择硬挺剂和有效控制工艺可以减少和避免这些常见问题,为后续硬挺整理加工提供必要的借鉴和指导。The causes and mechanisms of common problems in stiffening finishing were analyzed and discussed,such as free formaldehyde on cloth,fishy smell,white scratch,softening back and stiffening agent stripping process.It also promoted a corresponding solution to reduce or overcome the problems by selecting the right type of stiffening agents and controlling the process effectively.The necessary references and guid-ance in the follow-up stiffening finish process was provided.
