摘　　要：选用4种蜡乳液和4种柔软剂分别对筒子纱进行处理。研究了蜡乳液和柔软剂对纱线品质的影响,将未处理和处理后的纱线在扫描电子显微镜下观察,发现处理后的纱线要比未处理纱线表面光滑,其中经蜡乳液处理的纱线表面部分存在纳米级蜡颗粒,即蜡乳液以蜡珠形态存在于纱线表面,而柔软剂以膜的形态存在于纱线表面,且对经蜡乳液处理的筒子纱具有更优异的性能。同时对4种蜡乳液处理后的纱线进行亲水性、强力、平滑性应用性能比较,从3个方面的性能来看,蜡乳液WAX4101具有较好的综合性能。Four kinds of wax lotion and four kinds of softeners were used to treat the package yarn re-spectively.The influence of wax lotion and softener on yarn quality was studied.The untreated and treated yarns were observed under scanning electron microscope.It was found that the surface of the treated yarn was smoother than that of the untreated yarn.There were nano wax particles on the surface of the yarn treat-ed with wax lotion,indicating that wax lotion existed on the surface of the yarn in the form of wax beads,and softener existed on the surface of the yarn in the form of film,and it had more excellent performance for pack-age yarn treated with wax lotion.At the same time,the application properties of hydrophilic,strength and smoothness of the yarn treated with four wax lotion were compared.From the three performance results,wax lotion WAX4101 had the better comprehensive performance.
