有机硅增深剂在硫化黑增深领域应用问题分析及解决方案

摘　　要：总结了有机硅增深剂在进行硫化黑染色织物增深处理时可能遇到的问题及解决方案,通过在增深剂T767中复配亲水硅油T585来提升有机硅增深剂的连续使用稳定性,但是复配亲水硅油会降低增深效果,由单独使用增深剂T767的增深效果可以达到47%的幅度降低到复配后的37%,当亲水硅油T585的复配量占10%时,对增深后织物的手感几乎无影响,而且增深剂经过验证可以长期稳定使用。The problems and solutions that may be encountered when using organic silicon deepening agent for sulfide black dyeing fabric deepening treatment were summarized.By compounding hydrophilic sili-cone oil T585 in deepening agent T767,the continuous use stability of organic silicon deepening agent could be improved.However,compounding hydrophilic silicone oil could reduce the deepening effect.Using deepen-ing agent T767 alone could achieve depth increase of 47%,which could be reduced to 37%after compound-ing.When the composite amount of hydrophilic silicone oil T585 accounted for 10%,it had almost no effect on the feel of the deepened fabric,and the deepening agent has been verified to be stable for long-term use.
